Northern rock remorgage

Hi im looking to remorgage im with northern rock. The togeather morgage. I now have a 90% ltv. This is the loan and morgage put togeather. Will a new morgage company take on my loan and morgage as one? Because the loan goes up 8% if i leave it with them. Any help thanks.

Hi, it all depends on your affordability whether you can borrow enough, but in theory it is possible to borrow 90% LTV to repay both your mortgage and the loan.
