I have a Mortgage Express 1/4% above base interest only BTL currently 60% LTV that I don't want to loose.
After divorce I must remove the other borrower from the mortgage as per the court order.
I have the transfer of equity application form and am worried that they may not accept me as the ongoing borrower.
I need to know what credit rating I need to have or under what criteria they would reject my application and what options I might have if they did refuse as selling or remortgaing don't seem very profitable options, surely some of you have some experience of this and can advice?

As long as you can demonstrate affordability, you should be fine.
