best shop/site for new bathroom, Glasgow?

Hi,

Just wondered if there any views on the best (ie best value) shop or even website for buying a new shower, basin and wc?

I live in Glasgow. I will also post on local money saving board.

Go out to Hillington Industrial Estate (near Braehead) - loads of good bathroom shops there. We redid our bathroom and bought the loo, bowl-style basins and chrome shower from Scope (some of their prices look scary but if you ask they'll happily point you in the right direction of their trendy and modern (and cheap!!) stuff), the shower cabinet from Crest, taps from Wholesale Domestic, wall tiles from Tile Style and underfloor heating and floor tiles from S-Tile. All the plumbing materials came from Grahams. The only stuff that didn't come from Hillington was the bathroom furniture and the mirror. Buying from lots of different shops meant we could get exactly what we wanted and still keep control of our budget.

Make sure you go on a Saturday, and in the morning if possible. Most of the places are shut on a Sunday and some are only a half day Saturday.
