Barclays Affordability Plan

Hi,
I have booked a mortgage appointment at Barclays for Saturday 20th May and I just wanted to know in regards to the Barclays Affordability Plan can I only obtain a mortgage with my parents or can I also have a cousin of mine on the mortgage i.e the mortgage is for myself while my mum and cousin are supporting me.
And any other recommendations of banks or building societies that provide joint mortgage/sole proprietorship would be much appreciated.

Brokers here can't tell you which banks you could approach for a joint ownership/sole proprietor mortgage, but there are a few lenders available. Instead of wasting time with banks directly, why don't you speak to a broker, who could not only tell you all the potential lenders, but also check affordability with all of them without having to wait weeks for each bank and potentially collecting credit searches unnecessarily? A broker can also check the available mortgage deals and advise you about the lenders' suitability based on your situation and the property you're looking to buy.I am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I'm going through this currently;
from my research Barclays, HSBC and Metro do it.
