Mortgage Option on Seperation

Hello
Newly separated not sure what my options might be, please be kind.
I have recently separated from my husband and really want to try and keep the house myself if I can however, we have 2 mortgages on the house at £194k and the house is valued at £240k.
I earn £27500 a year so don't think I would be able to get a new mortgage in my own name, any options people can think of which would not result in me losing my home for me and my child. My husband is happy to still be on the mortgage at the moment but the point is I am not and want to be separated.
Is there such things as guarantors for mortgages not sure if my parents would be able to help me in this way as I know I can afford the mortgage on my own.
Thanks

You would most certainly fail the lenders affordability stress testing. Appreciate that this is a difficult time for you. Have you consulted with a family solicitor and sought advice. Obtaining a fuller picture will enable you to plan better for the future. Knowing what's possible and what's not.0
