The Belfast Marathon is on, so the chances of getting anywhere near one are slim.0

No there isn't http://www.belfastcity.gov.uk/tourism-venues/carparking/carparks.aspx Shouldn't be a problem getting parked even with the marathon which starts at 9.00am at the City Hall.0
