Can anyone advise if there is free car parking in city centre car parks on Bank Holiday Monday?

The Belfast Marathon is on, so the chances of getting anywhere near one are slim.

No there isn't http://www.belfastcity.gov.uk/tourism-venues/carparking/carparks.aspx Shouldn't be a problem getting parked even with the marathon which starts at 9.00am at the City Hall.
