Remortgaging: Do lenders negotiate fees/rates?

Hello!
We're coming to the end of our fixed rate mortgage (31/07/2017) and would like to get another 2 year fixed. Is it possible to negotiate the fees and/or rates of lenders, or are products generally just 'off the shelf'?
Particularly interested in whether Skipton are likely to negotiate, but experience from any lender would be useful!
Thanks,
Dan

It's take it or leave it.
Products are carefully costed so there's no room to negotiate. A product with a fee will have a lower rate and vicky-verky, so pick the one from the customer retention options which suits your mortgage best.I am a mortgage broker. Thank you! That's very useful. I'm going to stick with Skipton on the 75% LTV mortgage at 1.42% then I think (2 year fix, £995 fee).0
