1. Closing date for receipt of entries is Monday 19th November 2007. By entering this prize draw you agree to accept and be bound by these rules.
2. This prize draw is open to all UK residents excluding employees of Poundland Limited and their relatives.
3. To enter, send us a photo of you in your most frightening fancy dress. Each entry must clearly show the entrants name, date of birth, address (including postcode), telephone number, and the name of your nearest Poundland store. One entry permitted per person.
4. Entiries should be posted to

Rose-Marie Jarvis, Assistant Marketing Manager, Frightening Fancy Dress Competition, Poundland Limited, Wellmans Road, Willenhall, West Midlands, WV13 2QT.

Alternatively hand it to a member of staff at your nearest Poundland store. Customers can also enter by email by following the links at www.poundland.com.
5. 10 winning entries will be selected by the judge. The judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winners will receive £30 of Poundland vouchers. Prize winners will be notified by post by Monday 3rd December 2007. No cash alternative available.
7. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
8. Entrants under the age of 16 must obtain an adults permission before submitting their entry.
9. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
10. The names of the winners may be obtained from the promoter after the closing date provided you enclose a stamped, self addressed envelope with your request.
