So I'm sure I'm not the only one and I'm having a bad day but I haven't won anything in a while, which makes me want to give up which would ultimately mean that I'd win less by default.
how do people cope and keep on?

I have sometimes taken a break from comping when I have felt like that, then gone back to it when I felt like it. At other times, I have changed what I do. So for example give click to wins a try instead of mag daillies, or try instant wins instead of twitter.
Comping is a hobby and if you aren't enjoying it, then perhaps try another hobby for a change.0 -
Agreed - if it starts to feel like a chore maybe a break is needed. I've done this in the past and come back to it.0

Have a break. I have had a month off before, come back refreshed and enjoying it again! xBANGARANG :j0

Maybe try more competitions which take a little effort.
This year I've won prizes with Mumsnet by reading and reviewing books, and yesterday won a £100 book token with a photo.
Good luck!0 -
I agree with libra10 - I also enjoy the effort comps more and I seem to have more success with them - rather than it being just luck it makes me feel I have earned the win and make it a worthwhile hobby.0

I'm feeling the same at the minute. The past few years I've had a few small wins a month and a couple of big wins. But this year I've had one small win. Keep thinking to myself.....I MUST be due a win soon.......
Good Luck0 -
Im just back after a 2 year break, if you need a break take one, comping should be fun. I got fed up and switched style of comp for a while before my break, is there a different type that interest you? I enjoyed entering creative onesBest wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card
