downsizing to retire -where lock up savings in annual sums?

Hello, I'm downsizing in order to retire at 60. Where do I go, or search, to find savings accounts where I can lock up each year's money for 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 yrs to make sure I stick to my budget, and get a better rate of interest?Thanks
