I'll probably grab a bottle of wine as well, you never know when you may need one, may drink it or people always wanting them for bottle stalls for summer fetes.0 -

Will be stocking up on the tin foil it's excellent.Booo!!!0

Certainly not 'a rubbish set of offers' in my book - foil and washing up liquid are great buys at this price as both are excellent quality.0

Nothing for me. I missed their cheap cheese as I didn't realise they'd gone back to "special weekend" pricings, but assumed everything they did was "this week"... and I went the following Tuesday
Doh.
I've been there fewer times since A1di opened as I've been trying to acquaint myself with A1di's (larger store) layout and method of operation .... and eating their food to compare with the L1dl stuff I used to get from L1dl.
Here L1dl is about half the size of A1di... and A1di has a neighbouring shop I can also visit at the same time (which sells my favourite choccies).
Cote Du Rhone £3.99 to £2.99 - I don't buy/drink wine
Formil Washing liquid £1.75 to 99p - I buy the 59p bottles
Coconut water £1.79 to 99p - never had it, it sounds nasty
kitchen foil £2.29 to £1.29 - I've got enough stocks for about 3 years that cost me half that elsewhere.0 -
Always on the look out for cheap "emergency wine" for when the mother visits :silenced:PasturesNew wrote: »Formil Washing liquid £1.75 to 99p - I buy the 59p bottlesA witty saying proves nothing0

It's the laundry gel, not washing up liquid. 21 washes for 99p isn't bad, if you can find cheaper, let me know (seriously, I spend way too much on laundry).
http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/brands/Enrituals_in_Tesco.html 25 washes £1 gel is 22 washes
http://www.bmstores.co.uk/products/enrituals-sweet-passion-non-bio-liquid-detergent-1l-259354 states 28 washes.0 -

Strangely I dreamt last night that I was drinking glass after glass of coconut water, out of a champagne flute.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
