I don't know what state it was in before but it's all newly decorated, new flooring throughout, kitchen, bathroom, boiler, radiators etc etc. There's nothing that needs doing on it.0 -
@OP. How do you know the house was sold at £95,000. Did you confirm it with the vendor? We had one such experience before where the offer on the house and the last sold value given was £35K less. So we questioned the vendor about it and they said that the mortgage previously was vendor's dad name which was then transferred to vendors name. Hence the amount.
Better to confirm.Home buying yet again!! Fingers crossed!!
