The wife has been in retailing for over 30 years and always giggles when she hears managers telling new employees absolute bovine.:rotfl:
Still it's all good experience for him for when he moves on or gives them the keys back and reverts to a basic instore with regular set hours.
Before I gave them the keys back I'd check that there would actually be a position for him .....0 -

Always jobs going there, hence why he ends up doing all the hours!!!!
High turnover of staff in all the local outlets.
Kids just don't want to work these day's.
Times have clearly changed.
I stayed with my first and only employer for 20 years. Always looked after me and paid half decent money until they retired. Left me with an opportunity to go self employed and have never looked back.
My motto is ' look after your staff and they will look after you'. Worked for me:T:T0 -

Crap job on or just above the minimum wage... not the job of my dreams either.I stayed with my first and only employer for 20 years.
With a work ethic and early supervisory experience, I'd hope your son's not set on the same!0
