Details incorrect on offer

Hello All,

Just a quick one,

We got our mortgage offer today through the post, (including survey results) the only thing is that the Bank had stated it is a repayment mortgage, and we are wanting (applied for/got DIP for) an interest only mortgage.

Obviously the figures are also incorrect.

Is this just a simple case of calling the Bank on monday and getting them to send correct one to us? It states that they have sent copy to solicitor too, do they need revised copy?

We are suffering from paranoia, and imagine a situation where we have to start again with the application from scratch....

can you save us worrying all day sunday!....?

A quick phone call should sort it out on Monday if your original paperwork is for an Interest only mortgage.
