Measured coffee/sugar/tea dispenser?

Can anybody recommend where I might get dispensers for instant coffee granules, sugar and tea for somebody with severe hand tremor?

They need to be able to measure out half teaspoons and teaspoons.

The 'traditional' cafe-type dispensers do not seem to accurately measure out these quantities - at least not those that we've tried, so I was wondering if there are sort of mechanical dispensers that we haven't come across yet.

Any suggestions are welcome. TIA

  • There's one made by kitchen Gizmo, measures 1/2 teaspoon with a flip. Unfortunately all the sites in the uk I found seem to be out of stock, but that was just a quick browse

This is sad to hear, OP.

Not an answer to your question, but please seek medical advice for the tremor if this option hasn't already been exhausted.

Thanks for the suggestion - I think a trip to TKMaxx might be in order, I can often find unusual things in their kitchen department.

This, and similar, might be worth investigating:

Do you have a disability shop nearby you could go to? They are there to help with all sorts of disabilities.
