Can Anyone in Payroll Help?

I've just got this months payslip and I'm confused - the payroll lady is off so I can't ask how it's been worked out.

I've been off longterm sick and was due to drop down to half pay on 5/4/17 I returned to work on 12/4/17 so I understand that some of this months pay is at a lower rate.

I work part time (25 hours a week over 4 days) and my gross salary is £15308.
Tax allowance is 1150L.
I pay 5.8% pension.

Can anyone help me work out what my take home pay should be this month please?

I think I've included all the relevant info but an happy to supply more if needed.
