Differing Results from MSE Loan Eligibility Calculator

I'm looking to take out a loan for £12,000 and have been very careful over the last 6 months to ensure that I have the best chance of being accepted at a good rate.
My query is in regards to the MSE loan eligibility calculator. When I do the quick version it comes up with 0% chance of acceptance for all loans, yet if search whilst being logged in to the MSE Credit Club, it comes back with 90% chance. Logically speaking, the second of the two should be the more accurate result, after all it's using my full credit file, history etc. However, I've learnt that it pays not to make assumptions on such things and want to make sure that others agree!
Advance thanks for (hopefully) easing my credit angst!

November wins...a book, a designer handbag (worth £550 :T) and a game. I am now an addict and thank everyone for taking the time to share and post.

Something is failing in the quick calculator during it's soft search - perhaps it cannot prove you exist. Therefore you will not be eligible for anything.
I have the opposite problem. MSE Credit Club cannot recognise who I am, despite the same details working fine with agencies like Experian.0 -
Hi! I'm sorry to hear you've had these issues - Something doesn't seem quite right.
So that we can dig a little deeper please could you email me these details directly on furtherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com (FAO Imogen) with the following details details and we'll see if we can help out?
Thanks
