How old is your partner? Under 40?
Alas not, to her dismay! We read up on this when we investigated it directly vs what the advice her parents were given. This, from what we read is also eligible if the partner is under 40, which I am, but you must have been cohabiting at the same address for over two years, which we have not.
Is a sibling a valid gifter, does anybody know?0
