Breaks Away

Hi All,
I'm looking at some little breaks away from NI and was hoping to get advice. Two types of trips I am looking at are as follows:
1. A week away to Poland around mid August to Krakow, is this a good time to go and what should the average price for flights/accommodation be? I'm getting prices for flights around £250 return per person and hotels for two are around £80 per night so it's not that inexpensive for couples going away.
2. Hoping to get a weekend away in Ireland in the next few weeks. We've done areas such as Carlingford, Malahide and certain parts of Donegal. Where else is a good option that is not too far from Belfast.
Thanks in advance

RE: Krakow
Have you tried Easyjet for flights? We're paying around £140 each for July time and i'm seeing viable august return flights for around £180?
Depends on specific dates i guess...
We stayed last time in an apartment just on the edge of the Old Town district.

Dunfanaghy also close for pubs and restaurants0 -
Cavan is a great option but we've been there too many times. The other half is looking for somewhere in Ireland that is romantic with a nice hotel and close to the sea possibly a little secluded.0
