  • Assuming this is from comping experiences only:

Daniel Radcliffe - Horns premiere win - absolutely delightful
Charles Dance & Luke Evans - Dracula Untold premiere win - very lovely, Charles was very chatty
Nickelback - Meet n Greet before show - friendly, but too brief to make much judgement to be honest

My mum had a Meet n Greet with G4 the other day who she said were very lovely

Other meets as results of winning theatre tickets then popping to stage door:

Andrew Scott (Moriarty in Sherlock) - lovely
Bertie Carvel (from Dr Foster/Jonathan Strange) - really lovely and a gentleman
    Tom Hiddleston - flirty!!
    Bill Nighy - kinda moody
Bradley Cooper - quiet but actually very courteous and calm
Tom Burke (Athos in Musketeers) - personal fav ;)
Kit Harrington (Jon Snow in GOT) - Teeny!! Nice but a bit overwhelmed
Benedict Cumberbatch - rescued me from getting squashed at a barrier so gets thumbs up

Michael Biehn (from Terminator/Aliens) is hilarious!!

  • I met Lady Gaga. She was absolutely lovely. I hung out with her backstage for about 45 minutes. There was a large group of fans and she chatted with us about loads of different things and she had a look at the art her fans had made. She is such a nice person. So charismatic and down to earth. :)

 (The main reason I watched the Musketeers...)

There are some people I'd love to meet but I'm too much of nervous person:o so never enter the comps. I've met lots of politicians and footballers+WAGS- The politicians were as you'd expect and I'm not particularly fussed on sports stars. Although we did bump into Tony Bellew(the boxer) last Friday while out shopping and he was lovely, took time to pose for pictures and talk to kids while at the check out.

My husband won a £250 Christmas shopping spree to buy me a Christmas present (competition was for hapless husbands/boyfriends who didn't know what to buy their other halves) The winner got a £250 clothes budget and a personal shopper in the form of Kelly Brook!.Obviously my husband was over the moon to be shopping with Kelly (first time he had been enthusiastic about Christmas shopping!!). I was over the moon as I'm a size 12 and I knew Kelly would totally get that - imagine trying to explain a size 12 to Victoria Beckham. Anyway he went and met Kelly they were told again by the promoter they had a £250 clothes budget - my husband said Kelly was great and really savvy she kept an eye on the items and cost and when they got near the £250 mark she picked out a jacket and insisted it had to have shoes and a handbag to match - when the shop said they had run out of that style jacket in a 12 she again insisted I must have it and got the shop to order it in for me and send it in the post! she was brilliant made sure she got the max amount for me in clothes. My husband said she was stunning, really nice and when he asked for a selfie with her she promptly grabbed him and took about 8 pics til they got one they liked. My husband had a fantastic day shopping with Kelly and I can't thank her enough for choosing me such nice clothes - she bagged me about £450 worth in the end!.

A win of sorts - a slot machine win in Vegas gave us some extra cash so we went to see Penn and Teller at the Rio casino and hotel.
Got to meet them after the show the silent one on stage does speak!

I met the Chuckle Brothers in Liquid & Envy nightclub in Wrexham once.

Wasn't a comp win, I was just unfortunate...
Golly, I've got the newt pregnant...

I haven't met anyone via comp wins, but I've met various musicians over the years...

Highest profile meeting was Brian Wilson (The Beach Boys) at a CD signing in Sydney - I shook his hand and he signed my Pet Sounds CD, but it was a bit of a conveyor belt affair.

The nicest musicians I've met have been Midge Ure and Robert Forster (The Go-Betweens). I also met Rhino of Status Quo last night - very nice guy (as well as a very good musician). Others include Suzanne Vega (I went on to her tour bus and she signed my tour programme and Luka 10"), Tanita Tikaram, Garry Christian (The Christians) and all the members of Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (several times over the years).

TV wise I've met Countdown's Rachel Riley a few times (once during a studio recording and the second time as a contestant) - she was very friendly (and also very attractive!). I also interviewed her for a charity magazine.

Yes Mse forum team1 I have asked why you have removed my picture, it was nothing offensive just my girl with Richard and sooty.

Is there really someone going around reporting innocent pictures???

Toniq I would be interested to know why a photo of a little girl and Sooty have been removed, what on earth could be offensive about that?

If a photo has been removed will that mean it has been reported to the Forum Team?
Although it is beyond me what was to report.

Please let us know if you receive a reply :)

Shocking if pic was removed from this post- I was reading your really heartwarming post regarding the lovely meet and greet and then it has been slightly spoiled but the 'forum police' removing innocent pictures. Such a shame, as the post was a really special one.
