Good running app?

Options
Just wondering any apps (preferably free but I have some iTunes credit so willing to pay if it's good) for running?

I've built myself up to do 23min in a row (for saying I was out of breath running up the stairs a few months ago I'm over the moon  ) on the spot but want to move outdoors but looking for an app that maybe will record calories based on speed etc?

Personally I use garmin connect (as I have a garmin watch)
But I do pull that data through into strava aswell.

So I would personally use Strava. (Most people I know use strava too)

But you could use map my run, runkeeper etc, there are many that will do what you want.

ETA - it records distance/steps but not calories.

Strava's great. You can set it to calculate calories used if you put your weight in - lots of other fascinating data is available on your run, speed, distance, etc, it becomes very addictive!

Strava is the best all-round running app in my opinion. The free version is more than adequate.
