Just wondering any apps (preferably free but I have some iTunes credit so willing to pay if it's good) for running?
I've built myself up to do 23min in a row (for saying I was out of breath running up the stairs a few months ago I'm over the moon  ) on the spot but want to move outdoors but looking for an app that maybe will record calories based on speed etc?

People don't know what they want until you show them.

Personally I use garmin connect (as I have a garmin watch)
But I do pull that data through into strava aswell.
So I would personally use Strava. (Most people I know use strava too)
But you could use map my run, runkeeper etc, there are many that will do what you want.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -
Zombies, Run! I LOVE it and wouldn't run without it - it's an amazing story

ETA - it records distance/steps but not calories."I believe in ordinary acts of bravery, in the courage that drives one person to stand up for another."

Strava's great. You can set it to calculate calories used if you put your weight in - lots of other fascinating data is available on your run, speed, distance, etc, it becomes very addictive!0

Strava is the best all-round running app in my opinion. The free version is more than adequate.0
