Nationwide mortgage rates

If you are planning to choose Nationwide as your mortgage provider, then wait until Tuesday 2nd October, as they are planning to lower their rates from midnight Monday.

I suspect fixed rates. Probabily due to the likely hood of IR reducing in the future.Money, Money, Money ..... Banks/Casinos/Bookies give me all you money its a poor mans world....0

thanks for that !!!! have been looking at nationwide FR morts for the last few weeks as it offers the overpayment facility which we are very interested in. was going to phone them/mortgage broker this p.m. won't do anything yet. !!!!!!0

not a dramatic reducation but the 5yr fixed moved .13% from 5.98 to 5.850
