Anyone having trouble entering mag dailies?

Hope I'm in the right place. I'm new to this, but I'm finding that with several of the Mag dailies I'm getting as far as the video promotion and when it finishes, I don't get entered. I know this because the competition I've just entered is still available when I go back to prize draws. Hope you can follow this? Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what can we do about it? thanks Lill

Either click the backup button and enter again or refresh the page.
I've identified the ones that don't enter now and leave them til last.
it seems they won't play ball if you have several tabs open with the videos playing at the same time. also, sometimes you have to watch the video through to the end for it to enter correctly.

have found that if i leave video playing on firefox and perhaps go onto normal comps on mse on chrome while it plays i can get more done instead of having to just watch video hope that helps x

Thanks for the advice about Firefox. I found they don't enter me if I'm on Safari, but Google Chrome is fine.

this will appear at the right hand side of task bar and if you click on it when logged in to mag dailies it will stop most of the videos running. when you click on it it will turn red, unclick when you have finished.
