Natwest vs HSBC

hi to all,
our offer has been accepted today.

Just talked to Natwest mortgage adviser face to face. Got figures for 160k mortgage which will be paid either 5 or 6 years.
Tomorrow my wife will talk to HSBC for the same amount of money and time.

What we consider is to compare both figures and go for the lower-one.

FTB here, would you advise us? any wrong doing or better options?

kind regards

You could save yourself an hour or 2 and do the figures yourself. Go on to their websites and find the rates available.

Thanx ACG. I've already done it. but my wife's company has an exclusive deal with HSBC, we will find out the details tomorrow. do you have any idea HSBC e2e mortgage process duration?

160k will be paid in 5 or 6 years.

ps: on the other hand, are all branches obliged to apply online rates? or any exception? may be lower rates by branches?

I do not have access to HSBC so not sure.

Normally the rates online are the same as in branch. Sometimes brokers have exclusive deals with lenders, Natwest are one of those lenders that do offer brokers cheaper deals.
