Pre-booked ticket wouldn't work

I booked a ticket from Birmingham to Gloucester and received confirmation but the ticket was unavailable when I tried to collect it so I had to pay again. Trainline refused to refund the whole amount and tried to charge a processing fee of £10??

Do a Chargeback with your card issuer.

How much time did you leave between booking and collecting?

And don't use The Train Line, they charge unnecessary booking fees.

In want was was it unavailable? What means did you use to buy the new ticket? Usually to get a refund you have to send them the unused ticket, unless they can confirm that the ticket was not dispensed.
