Pre-booked ticket wouldn't work

I booked a ticket from Birmingham to Gloucester and received confirmation but the ticket was unavailable when I tried to collect it so I had to pay again. Trainline refused to refund the whole amount and tried to charge a processing fee of £10??

How much time did you leave between booking and collecting?
And don't use The Train Line, they charge unnecessary booking fees.0 -
In want was was it unavailable? What means did you use to buy the new ticket? Usually to get a refund you have to send them the unused ticket, unless they can confirm that the ticket was not dispensed.0
