Took some clothes to friends a few days ago when had some issues with my gas, put wash on but he forgot to empty machine so when I came back they stank of damp.
They are clean just stink, could I do a rinse or quick wash to get rid of smell?

Wash them again otherwise, when you wear them, you'll spend your time sniffing yourself to see if you smell.:hello:0

The stink is because they are no longer clean - it's some kind of bacteria. Wash them again.0

It does happen, just wash them again.0

Do you have a quick wash on your machine? That should be enough as they certainly aren't dirty if they've already been washed.
