Hi

Sorry for what i know sounds a silly question. I've had a mortgage approved (full application) last week. It says on the MATs it is in the mail.

How long should it take to reach me - does it actually come to me or my MA, or my solicitor?

Broker can collect from online document store.

Our MA emailed us the electronic copy the same day as approval. Got the original from Santander in the post a few days later
