Who has one?
Is it worth buying? Those that have one do you use it often?
There's one in our Lidl 550w for £30

IMHO logistics are a limiting factor - do you have the counter or cupboard space to home one? I have had to draw a line on all things gadgetry!

I have one the "Sous Vide Supreme" - not something I would have bought for myself as it cost more than my washing machine  but it was a rather lovely gift from my kids for my 50th birthday:D. Do I use it - yes not every week but enough to justify having it on the counter. My favourite things are a joint of brisket/topside or silverside cooked rare for 24 hours and leg of lamb again rare over night. New potatoes and baby carrots are also lovely as are pork ribs. Where it came in to its own was a massive BBQ I had last year - brisket in a dry rub cooked overnight and just flashed on the hot coals and cajun chicken wings cooked for 4 hours and then just shown on the coals for a couple of minutes. I'm less keen on sous vide fish - don't like the texture but many do. At £30 I'd buy one though remember you need a vacuum sealer and the vacuum bags/roll to go with it.:o0
