USA to UK Postal Box/Service for $20 item

Over 10 years ago I ordered some Adobe software from the USA using a US-UK postbox service from Parcel2Go, back in the good old days when you got $1.7 to the £. Think it cost about £20 per year to have a Florida PO Box. (They no longer offer this)
There is an item on Amazon.com that they sell which isn't shippable to the UK. It is only $20.
Can anyone recommend a cheap US-UK service or idea to get it to the UK?
I know the UK-USD rate has dropped massively in the last year so demand will have dropped but I suspect this type of service is still in demand and things have moved on greatly since 2007.
