i second spaniel ~ pop up a soa... see this post ~ http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=107280 for a template...
but in answer to your question if you need to go to a company in order to deal with your personal debt i suggest a charity organisation, this means 100% of what you give them will be repayed to your debt... companies like ~ payplan (http://www.payplan.com/), cab (http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/), cccs (http://www.cccs.co.uk/) and national debtline (http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/)

I will investigate all this addresses. But here's my situation:
-a year ago i took 10000£ from a bank to boost my existing business. I changed the location of my store to a place which i thought would be better, but it appeared almost dry for my type of merchandise. I'm closing the store in one month and gonna have to look for a job. I have almost 2000£ in spendings including a loan and the mortgage, my savings are drying fast. So i know I will need professional advice.0
