Don't take on any more debt for now, I'd focus on paying off that career loan (if you have £2k in cash and both in secure jobs I'd overpay it into that loan if you can).
Look for a promotion/overtime/way to make a bit more £ and chuck it at that 9.9% loan.
As mentioned above, if you can get out of the car loan and drive something cheaper without costing yourself money I'd do that too.
If you managed to pay off £2k on another card you're definitely in a good state of mind for tackling all this!
Get the debts under control then start saving for a holiday, use this as your reward/end goal to keep you motivated, good luck!0
