PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. 1. Eligibility: The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, Asda and their immediate families, their agents and anyone else professionally and directly connected with the running and marketing of the promotion and the provision of the prizes. 2. Promotional Period: Entries must be received between 00:00:01 05.04.2017 and 23:59:59 18.05.2017. 3. Entry Instructions: To enter the promotion, purchase any Duck© product from any participating Asda store or Asda.com within the Promotional Period, visit https://www.asda.com/win and enter the details as requested. Entrants are advised to take care when submitting an entry; the Promoter is not responsible for any mistypes or incorrect information supplied. Only correctly submitted entries will be accepted. 4. The promotion is valid on any Duck© products sold at Asda stores or on Asda.com only. 5. One (1) entry per household per day with a maximum of three (3) per household for the duration of the promotion. No bulk or 3rd party entries accepted. Anyone entering more than once using multiple identities or computerised (automated) system will be disqualified from the promotion. 6. Prizes: There are five (5) prizes to be won each consisting of a concert package to a music event of your choice, up to the value of one thousand pounds (£1,000). All five (5) prizes will be won. Each of the five (5) winners can invite up to four (4) guests as part of the prize package. 7. The prize includes all elements of the music experience which can include, but is not limited to: • Return travel from the winner’s home to the venue for the winner and their guests • Tickets to a concert of the winner’s choice • Overnight accommodation for the winner and guests in a local 4 star hotel including breakfast • A food and drink allowance for the winner and guests 8. All elements of the experience will be organised for the winners by their own personal assistant, who will work with the winner to create an experience personal to them. 9. Should the experience requested by the winner exceed the £1,000 value it is the responsibility of the winners to pay for the additional overspend. Should the elements of the package fall below the £1,000 allowance the remaining funds will be sent to the winner in the form of spending money, up to a maximum of £500. If the experience elements are valued at less than £500 the remaining funds will be lost. 10. The spending money will be sent in one of the two following forms: A) BACS transfer paid into the winner’s account only in advance of the winner departing, A Pre-Paid Currency Card with the full amount of spending money loaded in advance of the winner departing. 11. It cannot be guaranteed that tickets to the winners selected concert will be available. All tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events. 12. The experience is available for one year after the winner has been notified (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas and New Year (19th December 2016 – 7th January 2017), and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. The prize winner must provide 6 weeks’ notice before preferred departure date. 13. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply. 14. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be randomly selected and will receive an email stating they are a winner to the email address that was included by the winner as part of their online entry form on https://www.asda.com/win. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted. 15. Each prize is as stated, non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available for the full prize budget. Winners will receive cash for any remaining funds not used as part of the £1,000 prize limit. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the named entrant. The Promoter reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should any advertised prize (or any element of it) become unavailable for any reason
