    It is? I've never read a post that said that. The climate here is a lot healthier than at HPC though. The thread you linked to is a good example. RushRoad observed that affordabilty is good outside the south east and was promptly disagreed with by HPCers using numbers in the south east. The thread has now died, probably because he disagreed with them and has been banned for voicing a heresy.

    It is at least possible to argue with people here. Over there it's not allowed, which speaks volumes.
