Nhs job offer

Hi everyone, I am hoping someone can give me some advice and help me to stop worrying!
Ok I already work as a nurse within the NHS and have just been offered a new post, my dream job, community hours...just what I wanted! The problem....I am worried that offer could be withdrawn once my references come back. Last summer I was signed off with anxiety for 5 weeks which was due to working nights and not being able to sleep! I managed the period off very well with support from line manager and occupational health and went back to work but not to work nights for the foreseeable. Everything fine until 4 weeks ago...my ward closed early January and saw me deployed temporarily to another ward 25 miles away from home and different shift times, also I had stuff going on at home and I ended up signed off with stress! This new post is a few miles from home and 9-5, I know I will be absolutely fine and my current line manager has told me not to worry as she will explain my absences in detail....I have also arranged to chat with my potential new SCN next week to discuss my sickness.....has anyone else been in this situation? Worried that offer will be withdrawn, it is conditional on references and disclosure. Thanks in advance!

I think the worst that will happen is they'll make you see an occy health doctor before letting you start and maybe monitor your attendance for the first 6 months or so
