email from Community Appreciation survey

Hi - has anyone had an email From: Community Appreciation <CommunityAppreciation@cspace.com>; which says:

Thanks for actively participating in Bird Signals Advisors.....

and goes on to tell me to click on a link to claim an Amazon voucher for £1. I can't remember doing any surveys for this site but my memory is not as good as it was so I might be mistaken. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have sorted it out now - it is all ok.

I've had the same email and don't remember anything about a survey so I assumed it was a scam and i haven't clicked on the links. Did you find out what it was?

These are usually focus groups from a company called Communispace or Cspace. I have taken part in several of them in the past - they definitely aren't a scam.
