Disposable Barbecues £1.64 - Smallest Size

I have been looking into buying a few for the summer. Prices were as follows:
Sommerfield "Special Price" £2.99
B&Q £7.98 for 4 = £1.99 each
Sainsburys £1.79
Tesco £1.64
I reckon that a normal barbecue costs about 50p a time in charcoal and lighter fluid. The cheapest barbecues are about £30 so it would work out cheaper to use a £30 permanent barbecue rather than keep buying Tesco disponable ones after about 26 uses.

In Lidl small ones are 99p each, good for camping, beach etc.0

Keep an eye out for these at the end of the summer. Last year Tesco reduced them to 41p. I bought 10 and am using them for days out this year. I was concerned that they may not light after being stored for eight months, but so far no problems.

Just a note;it is not a good idea to put lighter fluid on a BBQ, be safe!0

And remember to remove the cardboard outer around the foil tray (like my mum did), something else went up and it wasn't the coals!
Are there any advances on the prices already given here? I went to Morrisons today and couldn't see any. I want to take one to Glastonbury as is MOH's birthday on the Wednesday so will have a BBQ to celebrate.
I do agree with DaveBristol, is cheaper to have a permanent one. PS be warned about the Morrisons cheap permanent kettle BBQ, it's so small (height wise) it's almost it was designed for kids.:idea:I got an idea, an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about:idea:0 -
They had some in poundland yesterday for ........... yep you guessed it £1

We got one last year for a £1 haven't used it, its still wrapped up. Cant be bothered much with B&Q, I usually loose my rag with them as often they take ages to work properly
I have a normal folded up B&Q too.
