Terms and Conditions of prize draw

1. Promoter: The promoter of this prize draw is Kärcher (U.K.) Limited (Kärcher UK) a company registered in England with company number 01350233, whose registered office is at Kärcher House, Brookhill Way, Banbury, Oxon OX16 3ED.
2. Eligibility: This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over (excluding the persons listed in Condition 3) who complete the online entry form on the Kärcher UK website (www.kaercher.com/uk/home-garden/promotions/clean-the-unexpected-competition) during the Prize Draw Period (as defined in Condition 4).
3. Exclusions: Kärcher employees, dealer partners and their respective immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
4. Prize Draw Period: all entry forms must be received by Kärcher UK on or before 24th April 2017. Forms received after the end of the Prize Draw Period or which are incorrect or incomplete will not be entered into the prize draw.
5. Selection of Winner: A winner will be chosen by random draw using an excel random selection on 25th April 2017.
6. Prize: The winner will win one Kärcher K2 Full Control Home. Total value of the prize: £129.99. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
7. Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided on the entry form) on 25th April 2017 and must provide a postal address to claim his or her prize.
8. Delivery of Prize: The prize will be delivered to the winner by DPD within 7 days of the winner being notified of his or her win. If a winner does not respond to Kärcher UK within 7 days of being notified of his or her win, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Kärcher UK will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in Condition 5.
9. Announcement of Winner: The name and county of the winner will be published on the Kärcher UK website at www.karcher.co.uk during the week commencing 3rd October 2016.
10. Promoter’s Decision Final: Kärcher UK’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions: Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon their submission of the entry. Kärcher UK reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions
12. Right to Withdraw: Kärcher UK reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without further notice.
13. Publicity: The winner may be required to participate in publicity relating to the prize draw, which may include the publication of his or her name and photograph in any media.
14. Personal data: Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers online insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
15. Law and Jurisdiction: The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
