Health Questions?

I've accepted a job and was asked to fill out a health questionnaire to confirm my fitness to teach.
I was diagnosed with depression 10 years ago (as a teenager) but have had no problems since. I've been honest about this on the questionnaire. But I'm now worried this might have consequences?
Clearly there's nothing I can do now that I've submitted it and I sort of think that if a bit of depression 10 years ago when I was in the process of being taken into care is a problem, then that says more about them than it does me but it has been worrying me a little.
Am I overthinking this or have other people had experiences (positive and negative) with this?

The purpose of the questionnaire is to assess current health needs, any impact it may have on the job, and any adjustments that may be necessary.
I stepped down from job once due to depression. The same company gave me a similar role back again several years later because the situation had changed and the factors that made me ill were no longer relevant.
Unless it's a particularly stupid employer, I can't see it having any impact on your job offe now.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
I can see no reason at all why this would influence any decisions about your suitability. I wouldn't worry about it.0
