Remortgage Advice

Hi
My current mortgage expires on 30th November 2007 and I would like some advice on the best deals out there at the moment;
Mortgage Amount: £70,200
Value of property: £140,000
Repayment Term: 19 years
Repayment Method: Interest Only
(I have an ISA which is performing very well to repay the mortgage at the end of the term - current value around £20K).
Current Lender: Alliance and Leicester
Current Deal: 2yr Discount
Current Rate: 4.24%
Current Amount: £251.24
I have always been with A&L for 6 years (each time on a 2yr discount)
Given the rates at the moment, I am not sure which type of mortgage would be best and so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
