does anyone know if a mortgage of 19,000 taken out in about 1994 would becoverd by a cca agreement thanks

I'm really sorry, but I don't know about that one..
I *think* that debts more than 6 years old are offlimits, but I could be wrong (I am wrong about a lot of things!)
I just thought I'd give you a little boost to the top where somebody more knowledgeable may be able to help you out.

For mortgages it is 12 years before it becomes statute barred, but some lenders have signed a voluntary agreement to adhere to the 6 year ruling, but I don't know which ones.I am a debt counsellor working in the voluntary sector - we don't charge our clients for the work we do!0
