does anyone know if a mortgage of 19,000 taken out in about 1994 would becoverd by a cca agreement thanks

I'm really sorry, but I don't know about that one..

I *think* that debts more than 6 years old are offlimits, but I could be wrong (I am wrong about a lot of things! )

For mortgages it is 12 years before it becomes statute barred, but some lenders have signed a voluntary agreement to adhere to the 6 year ruling, but I don't know which ones.
