TNS My Personnel Routine Survey

Is anyone else having trouble logging in to thier personnel routine survey, it is a survey you have to fill in for 7 days detailing your personnel routine throughout the day. I have filled it in for 4 days and when I tryed to access it yester day it says my login details are incorrect. I have tried the I have forgotten my password section. I am then told that my e mail address in not correct. I know my password is right, and I have only got 1 email address and this is the one that TNS send me the surveys on. I have emailed the help on the survey sight but have had no reply, I am wondering if this is a cynical move by TNS not to reward the 780 points because they don't like my answers because my routine is much the same every day so I am mostly putting the same things in every day.

I had a problem also, but it did take them 48 hrs to reply to email, yes I also feel a bit of a loon putting the same activities/time etc. I'm thinking of leaving last day blank and tell them this is my smelly, get back to nature day.

Kinda on the same subject.......
If just finished their household rountine one.....how do they award points for the routine surveys?!
Only reason i ask is the original email said i would get upto 1200 points but i only got 700, i wonder if this is anything to do with the fact that i do the same household chores everyday?

I had the same offer (1200), but on completion was told that 700 would be added, now I know that it wasn't only me I think I will email them, (if I've still got the address).
It was a long boring surveys really wasn't it? so I certainly think we deserve the 1200

Ive emailed them from the website, will let you know if they respond. If they are like any of the other survey sites who i've emailed i wont hold my breath for a reply!

I did the personal routine survey a couple of weeks ago and I didn't have any problems with it,I found it enjoyable to do,unlike a lot of surveys which are really boring.

The 780 points were transfered to my Nectar account 2 days ago so I am very pleased with that,because sometimes TNS take ages to pay out.

My TNS replied (already!!!) and asked me to check where the 700 points come from as they had not sent them out yet and i will be receiving the full 1250. I replied to her and said that once i had completed the final days input it said i would received 700!

Ok there is an error with the statement that pops up on completion!
You will receive 1250 points within the next few weeks.

I'm not sure - I received an email invite for it. I'm already signed up for TNS surveys too.

I've just completed mine and got 1250 points - and I definitely think I earned them!

cheers mate but the link you click on in the email is different to what it actually says... right ckick the link and click properties to see the actual signup link
