Details of the Prize Draw:
3. Global is the promoter of this prize draw, the prize draw is sponsored by npower.
4. npower are the sponsor of the prize only, Global radio as promoter will be responsible for the prize draw and prize fulfillment.
5. To enter the Prize Draw listeners must go online to http://www.heart.co.uk answer a question and register their details on the npower competition page.
6. Online entry will open at 00:01am on Monday 17th April and close at 23:59pm on Sunday 23rd April.
7. The winner will be picked at random out of all eligible entries and will be notified via telephone within 28 days of the competition closing
8. If we cannot contact the winner within 28 days of the competition closing, we will select a new winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize 1 Terms & Conditions:

2. Winner may choose from the following Luxury Spa Locations: The Ickworth, Suffolk, Fowey Hall, Fowey, Polurrian Bay Hotel, Cornwall, Woolley Grange Hotel, Bradford-on-Avon, The Elms, Worcestershire, New Park Manoe, New Forest , Moonfleet Manor, Dorset. Excludes Thornbury Castle.
3. Travel will be in the form of petrol allowance due to the nature of the location.
4. Should the winner choose a Luxury Spa Hotel location that is more than 250 miles from the winner’s home, a contribution towards travel expenses will be provided.
5. Hotel is based on 2 adults and 2 children sharing a family room with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
6. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
7. Crèche care is at either 10:00am or 3:00pm for two hours.
8. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

Prize 2 Terms & Conditions:

2. Children must be aged 11 or under at the time of travel.
3. Travel will be in the form of petrol allowance due to the nature of the location.
4. Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on 2 adults and 2 children sharing an explorer room with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
5. Alton Towers has selected rides that open at 9am with all rides opening at 10am. All rides close at 9pm. Height and weight restrictions may apply on certain rides.
6. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

Prize 3 Terms & Conditions:

5. Tickets offer two adults and two children general admission access to Warwick Castle and the grounds for two days over the course of their stay. Excludes access to the castle dungeons and bird of prey meets and greets.
