i-Say Issues

hi all,
I was just wondering whether anyone has had any issues with I-say (formerly known as ipsos) paying out.
I redeemed an e-voucher back in February which was never paid out and last week ordered 4 paper vouchers and only one turned up.
I have emailed numerous times but get no reply .
They are usually really good and ive had no problems .
I am getting really frustrated with the lack of communication and am totally stuck with what to do next .
thanks in advance for any advice

I cashed out with them a few weeks ago & all my e vouchers went into my spam or junk folder.
Have you checked in there?

Hi
I Triple checked in there for the e-voucher, the others were paper vouchers and only one arrived
It's the lack of communication which bugs me more !0 -
I ordered a £10 virtual MasterCard on Thursday 13/4/17 but when I followed the link I-say sent the page was blank apart from the site logo.I've emailed the MasterCard site and I-say but nothing back as yet.0

Aw really!
That's rubbish, hope you manage to get it sorted out.

I've had a few paper vouchers that weren't sent (or at least that I did not receive). I used the "contact us" link and got a quick reply. The replacement vouchers were sent out within a few days.0

You say you only ordered the paper vouchers last week! You need to allow at least 4 weeks for them to arrive. I'm sure it states that in the T&Cs. On the one occasion I thought a paper voucher hadn't turned up, I contacted them. They were prompt to reply and promised to send it again, however it turned up within a few days. So I emailed them and told them not to send it twice.Minimalist
