Did you take it back to the shop you got it from as well ,or show them the letter you got from nestlehi all just to let you know i got a letter from nestle this morring saying sorry but it the falt of the people who store it >:(
but they it send a cheuque for £4 so not all bad
not happy with the letter though :o
