NatWest Agreement in Principle - Help to buy?

Hi there
My partner and I are currently saving for a deposit- we are both FTB
I have been trying to process an agreement in principle on Natwests website, however I am having some issues entering the total property price and deposit amount
I assume the total property price is the full price before any equity loan etc is taken into account, however when I try and enter the deposit amount at 5% (I.e. The amount that we will be contributing) it brings up an error message
Should I putting in the deposit amount including the equity loan?
Sorry if I sound completely thick, new to this whole process
Thansk

Hi, yes you put the total deposit amount (including the EL)

I had the same problem last year :)
Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭
  • Fab thankyou :)
