Estate agent photographing

Has anyone ever worked for an estate agent taking pics of houses etc?
I have a high end camera with a variety of lenses, including wide angle that the estate agents will use etc.
I shoot mainly for a hobby but I wouldn't mind making a little money on the side if it is realistic.
Have any of you done this before?

It used to be more common - but these days they've got their own cameras most often. Last house I sold the agent had to come back to take the photos as they've got one "good camera" between them that they share and it wasn't his turn that day
In the main, unless somebody's taking photos for high end houses, agents simply have a good digital camera with a couple of lenses and have been "told" what to shoot/how.0 -

That is my experience as well, EA turned up with a basic digital camera and took the 'approved shots' as they went round. Perhaps as you say the higher end agents use professional photographers, but the high street ones tend not to.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Not quite same thing but my daughter works for holiday lets company and she writes descriptions and takes pictures and she was on a photography course for as few days and uses a professional digital camera. Her employer has a shop on high street and has other shops around UK as its a national chain. She also does email marketing as the company wants to cut costs I assume and do everything in house0
