House & Garden Daily Comp form not working properly

Has anyone else had a problem today with House & Garden?
It's the Neptune Products daily.
Filled in the form as usual pressed submit and got the following message:
Cond! Nast Britain tech net
Access to this resource is restricted to members of Cond! Nast International.
This is the generic-services ALB, but it looks like you're not using a known hostname.
The resource you've requested may require a secure connection.
I thought I must have clicked something in error so went back, checked the entry form and submitted again, got the same message.
