Advice for supply teacher

I have been working as a supply teacher since late May 2016 and have earned close to £15000 in this time. Before that I have worked as a full time, permanent teacher and hope to get another permanent position for September 2017.
I have just received an offer on my house and want to buy again straight away rather than waste money on a rental.
My bank and current mortgage provider will only accept my earnings once I have two years worth of payslips.
Can someone advise me on another provider that would accept 1 years payslips or at least take some of my earnings into account as currently my partners wage does not quite get us a large enough mortgage for the property we want.
TIA
