Midweek carvery restaurant in Glasgow area?

I'm having trouble finding a carvery restaurant in the Glasgow area for a Wednesday evening.

Has anyone any suggestions? It could also be EK or Hamilton area.

    There is a Toby Carvery at Strathclyde Park if you are happy with Hamilton. I assume they serve every day. If you head for the Raith Interchange and take the Strathclyde Park exit, it's just on the right as you enter the park.
