Leeds mortgage application

Hi all
Just a query. My mortgage is currently being processed with Leeds & valuation has just come back ok. Phoned Leeds earlier to check they have received documents we sent to them & asked when they thought offer might be issued & he told me my application has been selected for a random check from underwriter & they check 1-20 applications. He said offer should be issued by Tuesday providing the checks are ok. Is this anything to worry about or is this pretty standard? Really don't want to fall through at this stage

Random internal checks are standard procedure to ensure quality and compliance is maintained. If it weren't for the holiday weekend would hardly be any delay at all.0
